Cannot log into WebMail - message about 'Session Cookie'? |
Craig |
Issue: When attempting to access WebMail the following message is displayed:
"OPEN WebMail ERROR
Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie - access denied. "
Cause: This poorly-worded error message is actually letting you know that your account has exceeded its disk quota. WebMail makes use of certain temporary files, and when there is no more room left in your account for these temporary files, the session cookie cannot be set. This results in the error message above.
Solution: The only way to resolve this issue is to create more room in your account by either removing content or upgrading to a new plan that includes more disk space. You can easily remove content using the file manager tool in your control center. Upgrading is easily accomplished by using the Upgrade button in your Control Center. |
