Outlook 2002 generates error when checking mail |

| When checking incoming (POP) mail with Outlook 2002 you may see the following error message:
"0x80042108 Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming POP3 e-mail server."
This may be the result of a conflict with certain Norton programs. Microsoft has a Knowledge Base article here which may help you further. Symantec has also acknowledged this on their web site, and they have an article here as well. |
